Customer Guarantee
Any purchase made with handles4homes should bring 100%
customer satisfaction. We aim to make your experience with us as hassle-free as
possible. Should you have any cause for complaint, we will act immediately to resolve
a problem that may arise.
Should you not
be entirely satisfied with any product purchased, or if it is simply faulty we
will endeavour to replace or refund the goods immediately, or within the
quickest possible time span.Non-faulty
goods that are no longer required, must be returned to us in resalable
condition, in original packaging, to enable us to issue a refund to your credit
card. The process can take up to 14 days from receipt of goods. All
postage/carriage charges on unwanted goods are to be paid for by the customer.
A re-stocking charge of 20% will be deducted from the refund of non-faulty
returns.
Prices
Our pricing structure reflects excellent value for money. However, we reserve
the right to amend any prices on our website without notice.
Should you have a particular project that you wish to discuss in more detail,
please call us and we will be happy to arrange discounts for larger orders.
All of our prices include VAT @ 17.5%. This figure may be subject to change in
line with any Government increase.
Deliveries
We aim to despatch your order within 2-3 working days of receipt. Delivery is
then made generally within 24 hrs.
Our deliveries must be signed for, so if this is not convenient, please
arrange with us to deliver the goods elsewhere i.e. a neighbour or place of
work. We will work with you so that you receive your order in the quickest
possible time frame.
Our UK delivery charge is £6.50 regardless of size. (Isle of Wight and
other Islands - please contact our sales team for carriage charge).
Placing Your Order / Payment
You can place your order online using our SSL encrypted ordering service, or
should you wish, telephone your order through to us on 0845 450 4202.
Alternatively, you can fax or e-mail us your requirements on 0118 982 0130 and
sales@handles4homes.co.uk respectively. We will get straight back to
you.
Credit cards accepted are Visa, Electron, Delta, Switch, Solo and Maestro.
Payment by cheque / company cheque can be accommodated, although goods will only
be despatched on cheque clearance.
A credit card slip will be sent with your invoice, which will be with your
delivery.

Stocks
Occasionally, some items can be briefly out of stock. Should any item on your
order be out of stock, we will call you or e-mail you to discuss the
new delivery date. You may wish to change your order to an item that is in
stock, or cancel that item altogether. Whatever you decide, we will deal with
outcome efficiently. Part orders that follow later to you that were out of
stock will not be charged carriage.
Specials
If you cannot see the product / finish that you would like, please contact us to
discuss your requirements. We deal with a large amount of special items that
simply cannot all be put on our website. We can probably source almost any item
of ironmongery that you need, and in most cases, we can send you catalogues, or
link you to another website so that you can browse at home before you make your
choice.
