Most of our products are ex-stock unless otherwise stated, and most if not all deliveries are despatched within 2-3 days.

Should any item be unobtainable for any reason, or have a longer delivery, we will contact you to resolve or discuss and alternative. You can of course cancel items if you wish.

Delivery is generally made for us by City Link Express, and are normally be delivered within 24hrs of the date of despatch to UK Mainland addresses. 

For smaller orders under £15.00, customers may select delivery to be made by Royal Mail standard post. There is no tracking with this service, so as to avoid the customer having to sign for the goods.(which is not always convenient) - If you would like your order sent recorded post,  please mention this in the comments box at the checkout and we will be happy to offer this at no extra charge.

Deliveries to UK Islands, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, R.O.I, Northern Ireland etc will be despatched on a 2-3 day service to keep costs at a minimum to the customer. Please see below table of delivery charges.

Channell Island deliveries - our delivery costs fluctuate, so we would appreciate it if you can call us for the up to date price.

• Orders for delivery to Scottish Islands - £40.25 regardless of order value
